New Banner Person Entry/Custom Roles Information
Please check this web site for the most recent copies of these documents. These documents will be updated as new custom roles are added to the system.
- Pre-Employee Authorization Form (word doc): Use this form to get access to computer and other resources prior to officially being on the payroll. For example, new faculty members or adjunct faculty members who would normally be paid for the first time in September, may need computer or building access during the summer or August to prepare for classes or set up a new research lab.
- Custom Role Authorization Form (pdf doc last modified: 7-MAY-2014):
Use this form for authorization for access to campus resources associated with various campus Roles, such as: OIA, CSM Associate, Emeritus faculty, Interlink faculty, ROTC faculty, AC&N Resources, etc.
- New Person Entry/Custom Role Procedure (pdf doc last modified: 25-Oct-2007):
This is the documented procedure (for administrative support persons who manage the campus Custom Roles) for searching for a creating a new Banner person entry (if one does not already exist) and applying appropriate roles.
